We’re Upgrading Our Banking System
First Vision Bank is upgrading our banking system to better serve you and to continue providing secure, reliable service.
The new system will go live on Monday, June 29, 2026.
Most customers do not need to take any action. Your account numbers, debit cards, credit cards, direct deposits, automatic payments, bill pay, and online and mobile banking login will continue as usual.

Debit and credit cards will continue to work for purchases during this time. Only First Vision Bank ATMs will be unavailable at our 4 office locations. You may continue to use other foreign ATMs.
Any ATM fees incurred while using another ATM during this period will be fully refunded. Please bring your receipt to any First Vision Bank office.

Information for Kasasa Account Holders
For Kasasa account holders, the system upgrade will have a minor impact on the June and July 2026 Monthly Qualification Cycle. There is no action required on your part.

Do I need to do anything?
No. For most customers, no action is required.
Will my account number change?
No. Your account number will not change.
Will my debit card work during the upgrade?
Yes. Debit cards will continue to work for purchases.
Will my credit card work during the upgrade?
Yes. Credit cards will continue to work during the upgrade.
Will ATMs be available?
First Vision Bank ATMs will be unavailable during the temporary service interruption period. You may continue to use other ATMs.
Will ATM fees be refunded?
Yes. Any fees charged while using a non–First Vision Bank ATM during the interruption period will be fully refunded with a receipt.
Will direct deposits and automatic payments still process?
Yes. Direct deposits and automatic payments will continue as usual.
Why am I receiving multiple statements?
Because the upgrade occurs mid-cycle, your statement period may be split between the old and new systems. You may receive more than one statement to cover your normal statement cycle.
