Protect Yourself From Bank Impersonation Scams
First Vision Bank has received reports of suspicious phone calls that appear to originate from our bank's phone number. These calls may be part of a scam known as Caller ID spoofing.
Caller ID spoofing allows scammers to manipulate the phone number displayed on your caller ID. A call may appear to come from First Vision Bank or another trusted organization even though the call originated somewhere else.
Do not rely on caller ID alone to determine whether a call is legitimate.
How to Protect Yourself
- Never provide your password, PIN, or online banking credentials to an unsolicited caller.
- Never provide a one-time security code or multifactor authentication (MFA) code to a caller.
- Be cautious of callers who create a sense of urgency or pressure you to act immediately.
- If you are unsure about a call, hang up.
- Contact First Vision Bank directly using a phone number listed on our official website.

If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from First Vision Bank, hang up and contact us directly at (931) 454-0500.
If you provided personal, account, or authentication information during a suspicious call, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in protecting your account.
